What is the standard delivery timeframe for furniture?
Most of our premium furniture items are delivered within 5-7 business days. Larger pieces requiring two-person delivery may take up to 14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your home products?
Yes, all DUSK products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship to ensure your peace of mind.
What is your return policy for bedding and textiles?
For hygiene reasons, bedding and textiles can only be returned if they are unused, in their original packaging, and the security seal is intact. You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our courier's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Do you offer assembly services for large furniture items?
Currently, we offer a 'Room of Choice' delivery service. While full assembly is not included as standard, detailed instructions and all necessary hardware are provided with every piece.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Clearpay for eligible orders.
